Issues while registering to Pearson Vue account - TSP requirement

Hi Team,

we got the welcome email from Microsoft for Training Services Partner Program, and performed below steps:

Register for Microsoft Learn Admin Access
Create a Metrics that Matter survey account
Register for Pearson Vue and ALH accounts

while registering for Pearson Vue account we are getting "Organization and / or Location ID not found" errors.

We are existing Microsoft AI Cloud Partners, and begins the onboarding for Training service partnership, which option we should select for the 

Pearson Vue account creation.

Your guidence much appreciated.

  • You are correct, it is the first one. It can some time for the status to populate. If you continue to not be able to access please reach out to the support alias on the "Contact Us" part of the login screen. 

  • I have the same issue.  I chose the first one, as I know Michael is correct.  I also see "Organization and / or Location ID not found"

    I used my Global Partner ID and my location ID respectively.  The welcome email arrived on Saturday 0228 (local) and I am attempting on Monday at 1840.  I would have assumed if there a was a batch process it would have completed.

    I will give it one full week before I send an email to 

    email address removed for privacy reasons
