Issues while registering to Pearson Vue account - TSP requirement

I have the same issue. I chose the first one, as I know Michael is correct. I also see "Organization and / or Location ID not found"
I used my Global Partner ID and my location ID respectively. The welcome email arrived on Saturday 0228 (local) and I am attempting on Monday at 1840. I would have assumed if there a was a batch process it would have completed.
I will give it one full week before I send an email to
