Hi Hamras, the reason you are not seeing voucher codes in the portal is likely because the 'Benefits' dashboard is dynamically populated based on your organization's achieved Solution Area designations (e.g., Data & AI, Infrastructure, etc.).

How to find your vouchers:

Verify Designation Status: Log in to Partner Center and navigate to Membership > Solution areas. Check if your company has successfully completed all requirements for a designation. You do not get the 'Benefits' package until the designation is fully 'Active.'

Access the Benefits Dashboard: Once active, go to Benefits > Offers. This is where your exam voucher codes are generated. If this tab is empty or missing, your organization has not yet qualified for the 'Partner Launch' or 'Solution Partner' benefits tier.

Check for 'Partner Launch' Benefits: If you are a newer partner, look for the 'Partner Launch' benefit offer. This is often the starting tier that grants a limited number of certification exam vouchers.

Crucial Advice: Do not search for a 'vouchers' button globally. It is restricted strictly to the Benefits > Offers section. If you meet all competency requirements and the 'Offers' tab is still empty, open a Partner Support Ticket (from the 'Support' icon in the top right of Partner Center). You will need to provide your 'PartnerID' and a screenshot showing your active designation so they can manually sync your benefit entitlements.

There isn't one single 'voucher' page, as these benefits are bundled into your membership offerings. You need to log in to the Microsoft Partner Center with an account that has the 'Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program partner admin' role.

Once logged in, navigate to the 'Benefits' workspace in the left-hand menu.

Check the 'Cloud services' or 'Training' tabs. Depending on your specific solution designation, your certification discounts or exam vouchers are often provisioned here as part of your membership package.

2. How to get vouchers if they aren't in your dashboard:

If you don't see direct vouchers in your benefits workspace, it is because Microsoft frequently shifts to 'Challenge-based' rewards for partners:

Microsoft Cloud Skills Challenges: Participate in these via the Microsoft Learn portal. They often reward top scorers with free or heavily discounted exam vouchers.

Virtual Training Days: Keep an eye on the official Microsoft events calendar. Attending technical 'Virtual Training Days' often triggers an email discount code for the associated certification exams.

Partner Concierge: As a solutions partner, you have access to the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Concierge. You can open a support ticket directly through Partner Center specifically to ask about 'Certification & Exam Benefit Redemption' for your current designation level.
