MicrosoftFix Implemented - Are You Having Achievement Code Issues?
July 27 - Fix has been deployed. It may take up to 24 hours to propagate through the system. If you don't see achievement code buttons return by Tuesday afternoon Pacific Time, please let me know. Also, make sure you're loading a refreshed version of the page (crtl + r).
July 24 - Deployment of fix is now scheduled for Monday, July 27th.
July 23 - Fix has been delayed while other fixes occur at the datacenter level. Awaiting details on a new timing for the fix. Will update here when I know more.
July 22 - Fix should start rolling out tonight. Please check the course page for the achievement code button (Hit crtl + r to refresh). Please let me know if you still do not see the button after July 23. Thank you.
July 18 - Good news today. Engineering has determined the issue, and a fix is coming in the early days of next week. I'll keep you updated when we get the fix implemented. Thank you for your patience.
July 15 - our engineering team is not seeing a widespread outage on their side, but they are continuing to investigate. If you are still experiencing an outage please send me a private message (please do not post any PII directly in this thread) with the following:
- Your partner organization name (+ MPN ID if you know it)
- Email address you're using to log into your Admin account on Learn
- Which courses you were previously able to generate codes but no longer can (examples, doesn't have to be all of them)
- Approximately how long you have not been able to generate the codes
I plan to update this thread every 2 days while we investigate the issue. Thank you!
July 13 - thanks to all that shared their current achievement code issues. The team continues to investigate but no current time to resolution.
July 1 - Hi all, I've seen a few posts regarding sudden issues in generating achievement codes. If this is an issue for you can you please reply to this with the course you're trying to generate and the approximate time you tried to generate? Trying to determine the scope of the problem.
If you previously had an issue but it appears to be resolved now, please let me know that as well.

Hi, the achievement code button is missing for DP-750, MS-4019, MS-4023 & AI-103.
Also, for some course when the participants are trying to redeem the code, it gives an error PL-500update, now cant see any links at all , sc900 also missing, and ms4018,
AI901 today 10/7 at 15.13 , also had to log in twice to see them for other courses and my colleague still cant see them despite loging in twice
We at Firebrand Training are unable to generate Achievement Codes for SC-900 and AB-900.
Update - unable to generate codes for DP-600
Hi, I'm not able to generate achievement codes for AI-901 and AI-103. But the problem does not occur with all courses; for the AZ-104, for example, I can generate codes.
Hello! I do not see the option to request achievement codes for SC-100.
I still do not see the option to request achievement codes for SC-100. I have a class going on next week that I need codes for. Any timeline on when this will be fixed?

We are still unable to generate Achievement Codes. The issue persists, and the AC Request button is not available
Can you please check as we are still missing the AC Request Button for AI-3035, MS-4018 and MS-4019. The button also is not available for AZ104, DP-600 and AZ-800. Please advise asap. FYI we are facing these issues in the US and Germany for Fast Lane

well, yes and no? when I log into the page it's first missing. But when I refresh the page then I can request the achievement code. it's not a bad work around. just different from before.
