July 23 - Fix has been delayed while other fixes occur at the datacenter level. Awaiting details on a new timing for the fix...

As of 22 July, we are still experiencing the same issue. Could you please assist us in resolving it as soon as possible?
This issue is impacting our operations, and we must meet our renewal KPI targets as TSP Partner.
We would appreciate your urgent support.
