AB-900 No achievement code

Hi,

 

We delivered AB-900 today. Logging into Learn with our TSP account to the AB-900 URL, there is no ability to generate achievement code. Checking other courses, no abiliy to generate achievement codes on them either.

 

Has something changed? Had no issues since being first enrolled when the program started years ago. 

 

Please could someone help, or direct me to the required support channel
