Apple Mail and Exchange
Hello, let me start by saying I am not a professional. We run a small non-profit that uses Macs but our email is through Microsoft 365 via hosting on GoDaddy.
Recently we have been unable to add new email accounts to Apple Mail. I have also tried downloading the Outlook App and adding accounts that way.
We are continually getting an error message that says:
"Your browser is a bit unusual.... Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, using a different web browsers, or turning off your VPN"
We do not have VPN. I turned off ad blockers and there are not other extensions. I reset the default browsers to Chrome. I deleted all the browsers history. None of that has helped.

Hi Jason,
To narrow down the issue:
- Can you login to Outlook on the web? Please test with different browsers such as Safari, Chrome and Edge
- Are you able login with the Outlook Mobile App? Please test when connected to cellular and not Wifi
When using a browser, please remove "/v1" in the URL (for example: change https://sso.godaddy.com/v1/login to https://sso.godaddy.com/login)- I am able to login in with Outlook Mobile App on my iPhone for all our accounts.
I am also able to login using Outlook on the web with Safari, Chrome and Edge.- Hi Jason, if I understand you correctly, you are able to log in now on your iPhone for all your accounts but the issue you are having is coming from your Apple mail app.
