Apple Mail and Exchange

I am able to login in with Outlook Mobile App on my iPhone for all our accounts.

I am also able to login using Outlook on the web with Safari, Chrome and Edge.

Hi Jason, if I understand you correctly, you are able to log in now on your iPhone for all your accounts but the issue you are having is coming from your Apple mail app.

    Correct. Specifically the Apple Mail app for our Macs (both desktops and laptops). This is happening for all of our email accounts (there is about a dozen of them) on all the Macs. It is not affecting any of the iPhones (which is the only way we can easily get email right now).

      Jason_Eckert1011 Same issue here, can't for the love of god find a solution anywhere. Tried all the suggestions on different forums... This is just BS

        Hello together.

         

        We are facing the same issue here with Mail App in IOS 17.1 and 17.2

        Apple does not help us here.

         Does someone have solution ? Do we need to adjust the Exchange Server?
