To narrow down the issue:
- Can you login to Outlook on the web? Please test with different browsers such as Safari, Chrome and Edge
- Are you able login with the Outlook Mobile App? Please test when connected to cellular and not Wifi
When using a browser, please remove "/v1" in the URL (for example: change https://sso.godaddy.com/v1/login to https://sso.godaddy.com/login)
I am able to login in with Outlook Mobile App on my iPhone for all our accounts.
I am also able to login using Outlook on the web with Safari, Chrome and Edge.
