XLOOKUP Doesn't work
Hi Everyone, I have been using Microsoft 365 Family and shared with 3 other account, XLOOKUP function only work on 1 account, and unfortunately cant find XLOOKUP function on the other 3 account. Looking forward your suggestion. Thanking you Carlo

If you open File -> Account could you please check that you have exactly the same name under Subscription Product (top right) and exactly the same channel (to the right of About Excel icon) for all accounts.
The XLOOKUP not working is also new to me.
But have you tried the other lookup functions?
Does this problem only occur in this file or in all files?
In which medium is the file?... on OneDrive, Sharepoint or hard drive.
For example if on OneDrive, tried downloading and pasting again?
Do they all have the same operating system installed?
Are other users using Excel for Web?
Many questions arise because no further information is available.
If none of this is the case
You can try the following
Install the latest update
Repair Office programs
Start Office applications in safe mode
Identify possible problems with the add-in
Check if the file was created by a third party
Please don't forget that not every Excel user has a clue about every job and… what you see he can't see.
