Write Macro to copy specific hidden tab based on cell value and rename new tab based on a cell value

I don't know if this can be done- I certainly do not know how to do it. I would like to enter information on the shaded area of sheet1 from a program. That information will give me specific form numbers by checking the 'current' sheet. I have tabs in yellow that match the form numbers. I would like to make a macro that copies the E form sheet corresponding to sheet 1 columns Q R S T U, and renames them to match Prop. line on D6 to D345. I would also hide the E tabs to only show the new Prop. line # for tabs. I there was a link to click on sheet1 to jump to that tab, even better. Also if it would be possible to create a column on sheet1 that shows the total from the new tab to compare on sheet1 that would be amazing. I have tried to find information to help me do this but it is never quite the same as what I am doing.

Essentially, I need it to hide all the yellow forms. For each item # in the D column of sheet1, I need it to copy the tab of the corresponding E form tab shown on Sheet1 q column and rename the newly created tab after the number in the D column- "290" for example. So going from row 34 sheet1, it would copy tab "E030" and rename it "290" and you would see that tab. I would like it to do that for all. Additionally, if it could copy row 14 it would copy tab "E110" listed in column R and rename it to "90 A" going from the D column, then "E119" from R column and rename it "90 B" and so on.
