Write Macro to copy specific hidden tab based on cell value and rename new tab based on a cell value

- Essentially, I need it to hide all the yellow forms. For each item # in the D column of sheet1, I need it to copy the tab of the corresponding E form tab shown on Sheet1 q column and rename the newly created tab after the number in the D column- "290" for example. So going from row 34 sheet1, it would copy tab "E030" and rename it "290" and you would see that tab. I would like it to do that for all. Additionally, if it could copy row 14 it would copy tab "E110" listed in column R and rename it to "90 A" going from the D column, then "E119" from R column and rename it "90 B" and so on.
