Unable to enable macros on the excel file despite of enabling macro settings from Excel app

One possible solution for issues with opening Excel for web files is to try clearing your browser’s cache or using another browser.
Another option is to try opening the file in the desktop app by selecting “Open in Desktop App” at the top of your workbook.
