Simple for most - need to copy from ASP data to paste in excel

I am very novice in excel - Project is to acquire data from a ASP file - (looks like a PDF)  I can copy the table information but only pastes in on cell - not the table itself.

Pasting to Excel - I would think there is a simple way to fix- hoping!!

Any help greatly appreciated :-)
