Separating a List Using Semi Colons

Question

I have a list of data (example in the screenshot below) which I want to put into one single cell, with each value separated by semi colon followed by a space, i.e: Abc.Def; Xyz.Mno; Pqrs.Tuv

Any ideas how I can do this?
