Need help with a code to attach files to emails

Hi

So im struggling with VBA coding. i have searched through internett for solution but with no luck. so i hope i can get some help from this community.

I coded the file to save each file with different names to its right folder, but now  what i need help with is vice versa of this: 

I want to now send the files, i saved in different folder, to their eadress but with 3 different emails. As you can see in this example file. there are lets say 7 worker as shown in excel file. when they work in different divisions this each divisions have their own mail, so totally there are only 3 mails but 14 different divisions and 7 workers. 

So what i want to do here now is to code vba into a click where emails with their working hours be sent to this workers shown in file. The file is in dropbox, and each worker have their own folders there, the date as you guys see is the file name for everyone, its same name but in each of their folders. the code will find in file in their folder and send it from division emails. every file name is the month. so in this case its february and next month it will be march etc.
