Improvement suggestion
I refer to the "Find // Replace" function within the "Find & Select" option.
It would be much more useful if:
a/ The "Find NEXT" would could be toggled to search backward
&
b/ That one was able to set personalize the DEFAULTS within the Options window

The option is already there, it is just cunningly hidden from view. Hold down the shift key while you click FInd next.
Suggestion to UI team: add a hint that holding shift is an option and change button captions accordingly if you do.

Not sure if it is wrong to post it here per se, but the Excel development team uses the uservoice site to track suggestions and where to focus their efforts, based on the interest in a problem, so it's the best place to post your improvement suggestions!
If you make a suggestion there, you could always update your post here so users could go and vote on your suggestion.
