Excel - Project Tracking Chart
dbowman2110A week by week tracking would pose problem since all projects may not require the same number of weeks. Standard project days is also a variable which will depend on the complexity of the project you are doing. So, I would suggest a table based progress or amount settled.
Something like the attached document could help. The white cells are for your manual entry, while the greyed ones are calculated values.
If you are using this method, then you need to define what would happen when project timeline is crossed.
