Dear Experts,
I want to compare the Latency for two different scenarios as in attached worksheet.(Latency_1 and Latency_2) how can I check in which case Latency is better( less)
Merely looking at the distribution seems same(similar) but what can be done to check in which case Latency is lesser(Better)?
Any function to check which is less dense etc?

You might calculate the average and standard deviation of both scenarios.
As you see, the first one has a much lower (better) average, and the variation is less too (although still large relative to the average).
