Dear Experts, I want to compare the Latency for two different scenarios as in attached worksheet.(Latency_1 and Latency_2) how can I check in which case Latency is better( less) ...
You might calculate the average and standard deviation of both scenarios.
As you see, the first one has a much lower (better) average, and the variation is less too (although still large relative to the average).
