data analysis
I have collected a vast amount of data from trainees who have undergone training in various fields. The data covers different aspects of training, rated on a scale of 1 to 5. I am looking for a formula that can provide me with the names of the areas and the number of trainees who rated the training in each aspect as 5,4, 3, 2, and 1. I can share the file for clarity.

Have you shared the sample file?- Najam_AhmedCopper Contributor
peiyezhu Hi, I haven't shared the file sample. I am sharing the file now. Only go to the training feedback tab which is the third tab.

no need for trainee name or photo just the area name needed and against that how many 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 again each aspect.

I understand. Each row is a different trainee.
Unpivot the columns C:M. The resulting table can be analysed in any way you want.
