COUNTIF Question

In the video it shows a simple COUNTIF equation showing how many times Buchanan is mentioned. In my own Excel project, I am trying to use a function to count how many invoices there are specifically for Buchanon combined. I have around 1000 rows so I'm looking for something quick and easy. Any help would be appreciated!

What do you mean by Buchanon combined? What problem are you facing to use COUNTIF() function? Can you please share a sample file via one-drive or google-drive and then show your desired output?

jryanks35&nbsp;The simplest way to arrive at those totals is to take advantage of one the newest functions available in a fully updated Excel 365 - GROUPBY.&nbsp;=GROUPBY(Demo[Product], Demo[Qty], SUM)&nbsp;
