jryanks35 Heres an example of what I am trying to find a formula for. I basically need an equation to add the total quantities for each product

The simplest way to arrive at those totals is to take advantage of one the newest functions available in a fully updated Excel 365 - GROUPBY.

Create a pivot table or use SUMIFS().
