Cost analysis

I’m trying to make a spreadsheet for showing the costs of making homemade baked goods(cakes, cupcakes, etc…). I want to be able to have each ingredient have a set price so for flour, 1 cup equals $0.19. Then I want it to be able to convert the price if I enter a different amount, like if I entered 1/2 cup it would convert the price to $0.095. Is that possible to do for each ingredient and if so how do I accomplish this?
