Connecting text data to an arrow for colour

Hello everybody,

I am busy with a school assignment. I have an idea to bring my assignment to the next level. 

I made in excel a fishbone template with questions. There are 7 arrows and each is connected to there own questions. The questions can only be replied with yes or no through a drop down menu. When the answer is yes, the cell become green. For no is this red of course. 

I want to connect the colour of the answers to the arrow.

For example:

there are three questions. Two of the three questions are replied with NO. There question with yes. 

The arrow should become orange. See the picture below.
