Question

Hi, be gentle please, I am not good with Formulas or Conditional Formatting and mixing the two together.

I want a cell to show YES or No or CHECK , dependant on the adjacent cell result in a Risk Assessment.

Value for YES is an adjacent cell value of a number between 1-4

If YES, the cell should show YES and the cell should turn green

Value for NO is an adjacent cell value of a number between 8-20

If NO, the cell should show NO and the cell should turn red

Value for CHECK is an adjacent cell value of a number between 5-7

If CHECK, the cell should show CHECK and the cell should turn blue
