Hi, be gentle please, I am not good with Formulas or Conditional Formatting and mixing the two together.   I want a cell to show YES or No or CHECK , dependant on the adjacent cell result in a Risk...

With above setup in B2:

=XLOOKUP(A2, {1,5,8,21}, {"YES","CHECK","NO","Out of bound"}, "Out of bound", -1)
