Partner Center Webhooks certificate issue

Good morning, we have an issue since 2024-11-05 03:07:38.890 UTC with the webhooks events! The certificate url in X_MS_CERTIFICATE_URL header get 409 conflict.

The url in header is https://pcwebhookcertificates-edbfb6bmh5eegqf4.z01.azurefd.net/2F935D2F84791D939A97D445A01AAC2C897FBA1E33C81E209A53120F3B4D2858.cer

If you try to get it the response is:
