Knowledge base in the D365 Sales module
Hi!
I need to extend the D365 Sales Enterprise module with a knowledge base. There is a record in the Licensing Guide that indicates that I should have access to "Knowledgebase: create, update, publish, configure, search (basic)", but this is not present in the Sales application by default. The question here is whether it can be used and under what conditions by userse with D365 Sales Ent license. Is it on the same terms as in the D365 Customer Service module?

, however, I did not find the step-by-step documentation that you're requesting because it seems a bit more technical than that.
I'm sure you're aware that D365 Sales runs on Microsoft Dataverse and uses Power Apps model-driven app design. From what I can decipher from the information (in the links below), configuration of a knowledgebase will seem to require the use of one or the other, or both. The process appears to be quite technical, so you may need assistance depending on your skill level.
