Yes, D365 Sales (enterprise & premium) supports a subject manager and knowledge base - Sales literature entities (Dynamics 365 Sales) | Microsoft Learn

, however, I did not find the step-by-step documentation that you're requesting because it seems a bit more technical than that.

I'm sure you're aware that D365 Sales runs on Microsoft Dataverse and uses Power Apps model-driven app design. From what I can decipher from the information (in the links below), configuration of a knowledgebase will seem to require the use of one or the other, or both. The process appears to be quite technical, so you may need assistance depending on your skill level.
