Bridge 2 Cloud- Migrating CSP Partner During Term
We have a customer wanting to move from their existing CSP provider to ourselves, but they have a ‘bridge 2 cloud’ promotion of 40% discount which is mid-term.
Can you confirm whether we could leverage this offer for them if we migrated their services to us, and whether the discount would carry over to us and be honoured so that they are not affected. If so, is there a particular process that would need to be followed or is it the same as migrating any CSP customer? Many thanks,

What Nick mentioned.
Are you referring to Bridge to the Cloud (1), the original promo in Legacy CSP? Or Bridge to the Cloud 2, the promo in New Commerce Experience?
BttC1 can't be migrated between CSP partners, because it's Legacy CSP. But BttC2 can be migrated, as it's NCE. The new CSP partner will take over the subscription with it's current duration term, current price protection (including promo discount), current payment term.
So yes, if it's BttC2, you can leverage the promo for the customer. Not as a new subscription, but by taking over the current subscriptions.
The process works as any regular NCE transfer request. Just submit the transfer request to the current CSP Partner and they just need to select the subscriptions and confirm the transfer.

Nick_Beacroft and MartijnElfers thank you so much for your responses!
MartijnElfers it looks like your comment was cut off, can you double check it for me :)

For the version 1 legacy Bridge 2 Cloud offers, these are not available for new purchases. I do not believe you would be able to action a transfer between CSP partners in this case. I would suggest raising a support request with Microsoft to explain and ask the question if this is the case.
For the newer, NCE, version 2 of Bridge to Cloud. These are 3-year commitments and being NCE can be transferred with the promotion intact.

MartijnElfers would you happen to know anything about this by chance? Thanks in advance!
