LicensingConcierge1 I don't have access to the Partner Licence Overview document so are you able to anwser these 2 questions please.
1. is the maximum number of users for the "Operations Application Partner Sandbox (Tier 2)" = 25 users
2. does the "Operations Application Tier 2 Sandbox Add on" provide users for above 25 users and if yes then how many?
Regards

1) the 25 is the base package you get when ordering the F&O Sandbox; it is not the max it is the minumum 🙂
2) you can order add´l licences then over your admin portal under "buy licenses" ; but you don´t need to , as it is a partner Sandbox not for production nor customer use;
the 2 F&O Sandbox options listed under https://experience.dynamics.com/requestlicense/

Hi craigcameron
Since this is a partner community, may I ask if you are a Reseller? If so, as an indirect reseller, you can work with indirect providers who can provide the tools and resources to help you manage your customer relationship. Cloud Solution Provider program overview - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn

eBECS Ltd is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and our Partner ID is 1265292. We are not an Indirect reseller.
So now that you have established that I work for a Partner are you able to answer my question about the Partner Sandbox Licences.

Hi craigcameron
My apologies if I confused you.
You stated that you do not have access to the Partner Center document that I previously attached, which is the why I asked if you're a Partner.
If you're having technical difficulties with Partner Center, please submit a support ticket.
For your convenience, on my initial response, I provided a PDF attachment of the document on Partner Sandboxes. That pdf explains why the limit is set to 25 sandboxes, and provides you with the contact info in the event you have additional questions, such as how to request more than 25 boxes and for which environment they can be used:
If you're unable to open the PDF, please let me know and I can paste sections here.
