I would like to use Microsoft's marketing services, but the platform is too complicated to navigate, and tutorials are practically nonexistent in my initial search.

The Social marketing campaigns via DMC have comprehensive FAQs and on page tutorials.
Digital Marketing Content
Navigate to the site, click the person icon top right, then page tutorial, FAQ, or contact Us (which sends an email to DMCsup@microsoft.com) are in the submenu.
