No Global Admin
- Aug 10, 2020
I am not familiar with NetRegistry but usually when You set up a new Microsoft 365 tenant you enter a name of the new tenant and You also create an account with a preferred username. That account should become Global Admin by default. Once You have that username and its password You can manage other accounts in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

MagnusGoksoyrOLDProfile Thanks for your reply. It confirmed what I thought. I now need to find out who or how I fix it.
