As I understand it after reading the post from MS several times, this checkbox for agent mode and processing of data outside EU will apply even if you have disabled antropic globaly, so that will not help. The settings was updated this thursday.
Really strange to have the need to accept terms to disable the use of antropic och proccessing the data outside of EU since accepting the terms is accepting the antropic agreements.
