How can i know the password of any user ,without letting him know ?

I just want to know that How can i know the password of any user ,without letting him know ?
For some security reasons we want to know the password of our user .

Not possible, after the password is generated or saved it is stored encrypted. You need to set and document the password if you want to know them.

Thanks Daniel- It never will. It is a security question that if any system have that option it will not be certified with standards.
