Complete admin lockout error 53003
looking for support for Critical Microsoft 365 Business tenant lockout. All Global Administrators blocked by Conditional Access (Error 53003). Domain ownership available for verification.
Yes, Error AADSTS53003 indicates a complete tenant lockout caused by Conditional Access policies. When all Global Administrators are blocked, recovery cannot be performed through self-service but required to escalate to Microsoft Support Data Protection / Tenant Recovery team with proof of Domain ownership and tenant details.
