Admin Center is inaccessible due to a pop-up from Business Advisor

Hello community members,

Is anyone aware of the Microsoft 365 admin centre issue where Business Advisor pop-up is blocking everything. The pop-up cannot be closed and any selections within the pop-up causes a page refresh, after which the pop-up presents itself again. I have tried reaching out at answers.microsoft.com, where others have also written about it, but no solution has been seen so far.

Who will be able to provide help with this? Microsoft US support is a bot voice agent who is unable to understand the issue. Could someone in this community point me in the right direction?

    Current fix was-

    Go to [ https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?culture=en-us#/support ] by manually going to the URL. This will bypass the pop-up and allow to do other things such as billing info changes. You can now add/change users from the "Identity Admin center" in the left pane which re-directs to Entra.microsoft.com.

    As of today (July 27, 2024), regular login on admin.microsoft.com is still inaccessible due to Business Advisor pop-up across all browsers including Microsoft Edge. No way to reach Microsoft support other than redirects to articles or bot voice support who is unable to comprehend the problem.
