I have an active ESD MS Office 365 Buisness license plan of 35. Now we need to buy additional 5 ESD MS Office 365 Buisness Standard licenses. There is an option to add licenses in the Panel, but will it increase my total from 35 licenses to 40? Will it just change to the 5 available licenses?19Views0likes0CommentsChange the message by adding a new member in a MS Group
Hello, I would like to know if Microsoft offers a feature that either prevents a new member in a Microsoft 365 Group from receiving an email when a new he is added. Or it is possible to customize the email body sent when a new member is added.Solved23Views0likes2CommentsDLP Exception for "Permission Controlled" Not Working (Microsoft Purview | RMS Template | Encrypt)
Hello, We are in the process of moving some of our mail-flow / transport rules over to Microsoft Purview. We don't want the DLP policy to apply when people click their "Encrypt" or "Do not Forward" buttons (RMS templates; OME encryption.) Putting "Permission Controlled" in the exceptions group should theoretically let the emails go through. The exception we have for when people put "Encrypt" in the subject line works (we have a mail-flow rule that encrypts those emails.) But actually clicking "Options" > "Set permissions on this item" > "Encrypt" doesn't remove the policy tip on an email draft, and people are unable to send the emails. Can someone verify that this rule is constructed properly? If so, we may have to reach out to Microsoft Support. Thank you so much for your time and help!202Views1like4CommentsDisable "Keep Your Account Secure"

I am currently developing an app for Teams and have set up accounts in the Azure portal, joined the developer program, and accessed the Teams developer portal. However, when attempting to log in to the Teams admin center, an error occurs: Internal calls to PLS Service have failed. We can't find the tenant region for tenantId. Please try again later to jointhe developer program, the message indicated: `Thank you for joining. You don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription.`. Research revealed that Microsoft discontinued the free subscription. A subscription is needed to access the Microsoft Teams admin center and for Teams app development. I can see various Microsoft 365 plans for businesses like Basic and Standard, as well as licenses available in the Microsoft 365 admin center. I am considering the Microsoft Teams Essentials license. However, there is confusion regarding whether to buy a subscription or a specific license, especially since active users in the 365 admin center are showing as unlicensed. Could anyone advise on which plan or license is necessary for Teams app development?161Views0likes2CommentsDomain Status show Possible service issues with MX having Error but checked MX Record its the same
Hi, Just found out that Microsoft 365 Admin Centre > Domains show custom domain having Possible service issue status. When clicked into it, it shows MX status having error. Did a nslookup -type=MX "xxxx.com" and did a comparison with DNS MX Record, It shows exactly the same value as Microsoft 365. Not sure what is exactly the issue. We did not make any amendment to any settings.151Views0likes1CommentUnable to Find "App Password" Option in Microsoft 365 Email Through GoDaddy
Hello Community, I am managing a Microsoft 365 email account through GoDaddy for my company, and I'm trying to set up App Passwords for use with our email verification system. However, when I go to the Security Info section and select Add Sign-in Method, the App Password option does not appear in the drop-down. Here’s what I’ve already tried: MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is enabled for the account. I've checked and disabled Security Defaults as suggested in some articles. I’ve ensured Legacy Authentication is not blocked in Azure AD. Despite these steps, I still can't see the option to add an App Password. Has anyone else encountered this issue with GoDaddy and Microsoft 365? Any ideas on how to get the App Password option to appear or potential workarounds? Thank you in advance for your help!159Views0likes1CommentManage multiple tenants
Hi There, I have around 50 M365 customers to manage. Previously, in each tenant I create an unlicensed global admin account ( with .onmicrosoft.com account) which shared by our team. when customer need help, we will access it. understand that Microsoft will force all global admin to use MFA, but we have a challenge that each of the tenant will be access by multiple support from my team, if use MFA, it will affect our support efficiency. 2. yes, we do have a partner portal, we did use this way to access our customer's tenant, and, currently, Microsoft force to set expiry date for the GDAP, which we require to get consent from our customer to click the link. I just wonder how u guys manage or use which approach to support multiple tenants. Any idea?286Views0likes4Comments
