Admin Center is inaccessible due to a pop-up from Business Advisor
Hello community members, Is anyone aware of the Microsoft 365 admin centre issue where Business Advisor pop-up is blocking everything. The pop-up cannot be closed and any selections within the pop...
Current fix was-
Go to [ https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?culture=en-us#/support ] by manually going to the URL. This will bypass the pop-up and allow to do other things such as billing info changes. You can now add/change users from the "Identity Admin center" in the left pane which re-directs to Entra.microsoft.com.
As of today (July 27, 2024), regular login on admin.microsoft.com is still inaccessible due to Business Advisor pop-up across all browsers including Microsoft Edge. No way to reach Microsoft support other than redirects to articles or bot voice support who is unable to comprehend the problem.
