I just forked out for Copilot for business today... not a great start. Had a play with an agent, seemed to work ok. But now if I open the Teams Copilot it initially loads the example prompts, the right sidebar remains blank, then the whole screen goes blank. I've reloaded app, deleted temp files in appdata, repaired and reset copilot. Any suggestions of what next?If it's the agent i created, where do they even live to edit them - only accessible from within Teams? Any help much appreciated68Views0likes1CommentCopilot not loading in desktop Mac Excel
When trying to load the Copilot sidebar in the Mac desktop version of Microsoft Excel Version 16.91 (24111020), all I get is a loading animation (see screenshot). I've got a Microsoft 365 Subscription, and Copilot for Microsoft 365 license. Copilot works fine in Word. The document I'm working with is saved in a SharePoint team through my OneDrive app, and is formatted as a table.79Views1like4CommentsFile Share Connector Indexed Results Not Appearing in Copilot Results.
When attempting to use the file share connector, the results are not appearing in copilot, though they do appear in the search vertical, and I am able to check user access and see that I have access to them. The staged rollout includes myself. I did my best to follow https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/fileshare-connector in the setup of the connector. Does anyone have a though of why it would not show results in Copilot?10Views0likes0Comments4 Excel sources into a proposal
Hi, I hope you can give me some things to try. I have 4 Excel sheets, where the data will come from different sources. I want to use Copilot to consolidate information from the 4 sheets, into a table. Currently it takes me, and my colleagues, many hours to compile the table; but I believe that if we maintain the data in the 4 sheets, we should be able to put a proposal together (using Copilot) in seconds). Here's some details about the sheets 1. Courses recommended for each domain and role This will contain the names of various courses, and the roles they are recommended for. I anticipate this sheet will be updated once every 3 to 6 months. For example, there are courses such as: Welcome to our company, for all Domains, and in those domains all roles Our Company Fundamentals, for all Domains, and for Consultants in all those domains Department 1 Fundamentals, for the Domain called Department 1, and for all Consultants in the domain called Department 1 Department 2 Advanced, for the Domain called Department 2, and for all the Developers within the domain called Department 2 2. Course Completion Report This will be generated multiple times a day, from the learning management system. It contains details of the learners, including which courses they have completed, or other states such as in progress, enrolled or dropped. Many courses are the same, but have variations of names - which is why sheet 4 is needed. For example the course called Welcome to our company has variations such as: Welcome to our company - English Welcome to our company - French Welcome to our company - retired Welcome to our company - version 1.1 3. List of team members This will be provided by a department head. They will provide us with a list of names of people in their team, including what their role is, and what domain they are required to work in. This also will be provided multiple times per day. 4. Course name variations Many courses have variations, so sheet 4 will contain those. The primary name for a course will be Welcome to our company, and then I need to log variations of the name; as well as find a way for Copilot to understand the variations, so that when it creates the proposal table, it doesn't count the variations individually. The proposal I want to enter a prompt into Copilot and provide the Excel sheets (1, 2, 3 and 4) so that it creates a proposal of all the courses (sheet 1) that the people (sheet 3) need to complete, account for what they've already completed (sheet 2) and also variations on the names from sheet 2 (sheet 4). I hope you can guide me on a way, or some avenues to pursue, to achieve my goal. Thank you.54Views0likes0CommentsCopilot android app
Our mobile devices are managed with conditional access policies applied. While the mobile app lets me use my personal account, I cannot use my work account and M365 Copilot licences because our conditional access policies prevent me from logging in. This appears to be because the Copilot app does not support authentication/Conditional Access. Is this a known issue, if so when will it be fixed please?115Views1like1CommentCopilot working in Apps, but not available in Start menu
Hello, I have received from our Microsoft Admins a M365 Copilot licensee. It works fine from the Apps (Word, Outlook, Excel). But I don't have the Copilot icon in my windows taskbar. In Windows Start Menu, I don't have Copilot either. So I believe I need to install the App on my laptop. But I cannot find any information how to install the App. My objective is to have a direct access from the Taskbar What am I missing? Thanks for your help35Views0likes1CommentCoPilot "An external link was removed to protect your privacy"
Scenario: I am signed in to corporate CoPilot for M365. I'm asking CoPilot app on desktop in "WORK" mode to generate an excel file with some fictitious data & make it available in an Excel file. CoPilot generates the table, then removes the link to the file😑 I can use it in "WEB" mode to do the same, and it generates a BING URL that then results in a 404. <sigh> I can SIGN OUT and use generic CoPilot. That will generate a file, then prompt me for corporate credentials, and then it gives me the file. The question: How do I get file generation workingwhile logged in to my corporate account? Do we have a security permission causing issues?4.6KViews6likes10CommentsCopilot for iOS provides non-clickable links in conv.
I asked Copilot to create an amortization spreadsheet, and it provided a download link in orange-colored text, as opposed to the usual black-colored conversation tectonic. However the “link” was non-clickable, and with a long-press, all Copilot offered to do was select the text. Please ensure that links provided by Copilot are actually actionable. Here’s the tracking info for my conversation … ============ I apologize for the trouble. You can report the issue by providing the following details: 1. **Conversation ID**: `2024-11-29-0913-XYZ` 2. **Description**: The download link provided for the Excel file is not clickable. 3. **Steps to Reproduce**: - Asked for an amortization spreadsheet with sporadic monthly payments. - Requested the file to be sent as an XLSX download link. - Attempted to click the provided link, but it was unresponsive. Reporting this will help the team address the issue. Thanks for your patience! ========= My iOS device is the iPhone SE 2022 (2nd gen) running iOS 18.1.1 with the latest Copilot app.48Views0likes0CommentsCopilot thinks I am not an adult

Hi, I've created new copilots in Microsoft 365 > Copilot. Once published, I try to open them, but they don't display in the right side bar. If I search the name of the copilot from the search bar in Microsoft 365, the name of the copilot is displayed > I click on it, and I get the following error message : "Unable to load the requested application. No static tabs configured". (translated from french) Can you help me please ?66Views0likes0Comments
