Hi, We recently migrated a customer from app permission policies to app centric management in Teams. The migration went smoothly. The customer blocks most apps, allowing only Microsoft-created apps and a select few third-party apps. Users can request access to blocked apps, and this setup works well. However, we have encountered an issue with the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. When a user selects "Get Agents," it displays the same apps available in their Teams client. Unfortunately, there is no governance in place, allowing users to install agents and apps that are blocked in Teams. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, under Integrated Apps - Available Apps, all 3000 apps are listed and accessible to users. Each app's information points back to the Teams admin center, indicating a link between Integrated Apps and the Teams admin center. Despite this, the governance settings from app centric management are not being applied to block third-party apps. Why is the governance we set in app centric management not being enforced in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app? Ideally, we should be able to manage app availability from a single location.Solved40Views0likes1CommentCopilot Agent Cannot Create a Word Document
I have created an agent to help users create their own SOPs. I would like for the final document provided to the user to be a word document, not simply the text response the agent provides in the chat window. Example of what the agent's final output is below. You will notice at the very bottom, the agent states it will create a word file with the SOP for the user. This is based on the instructions I configured for the agent. Despite saying that it will create the word document, the agent does not actually do that. If prompted again to provide a word document, the same thing happens again. This is strange given that when I use regular copilot, I can ask it to turn almost any response it gives me into a word document. So what am I missing?46Views1like0CommentsCopilot Agent inside SharePoint site is not able to answer questions regarding the custom columns
I have a SharePoint online document library named Test. and it has those 3 custom columns inside a custom content type:- now using a username named Mohannad , i uploaded 2 documents, and for one document i defined a user named "Test User" as the "MC / Project Lead (Use)", as follow:- but when i asked the agent this question, about who is the Project Lead , i did not get the "Test User", instead i get the user Mohanand:- also when i ask the agent about the project team, i got this answer:- so how i can modify this behavior? Second question. when Copilot said that the document is authored by Mohannd, how it get the Author info? based on the created by field inside SharePoint? and can we create a custom column , so the copilot reads the author from it instead of relying on any built-in field?92Views0likes4Comments"Data to be shared with" suddenly appeared
I am working on a declarative Agent. This agents makes (and made) POST requests to my API. All of the sudden it started asking me for a confirmation every time the Agent wants to make a request. This was not the case before yesterday. Is this a a new feature of Microsoft Copilot Agent? Or did I change something without unknowingly?71Views0likes1CommentHow to force user-sign in with the Desktop App? (GPO/Intune)

I am trying to create a copilot inside copilot studio, which do the following:- 1) Call a Power Automate Flow to return the documents from a SharePoint online document library. 2) I will select the File name and File URL only 3) Send the documents to Copilot. 4) then i need to build a list inside a Copilot Question, to select a Document, as i want to send the document to another power automate flow. Here what i have :- 1) Inside Copilot i am calling the flow:- 2) Here is the flow. Where i got the files, Select the Name & Url, initialize the variable with the output of the Select, and return the variable to Copilot, after converting the variable into json() :- here is sample of the response from the flow:- { "r": " [ {\"Name\":\"New Microsoft Word Document (4)\",\"Url\":\"https://**.sharepoint.com/sites/Copilot/New/New%20Microsoft%20Word%20Document%20(4).docx?d=w36a23c408c844a4ebf4d444f8777a975\"}, {\"Name\":\"VScompleted\",\"Url\":\"https://**.sharepoint.com/sites/Copilot/New/VScompleted.png\"}, {\"Name\":\"Salary\",\"Url\":\"https://***.sharepoint.com/sites/Copilot/New/Salary.docx?d=wcf24819ffdcf4616873cd50c24f1b1d0\"} ] " } but how i can convert this JSON to a table inside Copilot and show this table as a question to the user, to select a specific document? Hi all First time posting here. I would like to manage agent creation centrally via fully licensed Copilot studio, and disable the end users ability to create Agents for themselves. It seems as though there is not a configuration option for this scenario and Agents can either be enabled or disabled. Can anyone suggest a solution? Many thanks RemSolved857Views2likes10CommentsM365 disconnects my Dropbox account every single day
I have been working from an iPad on a Word document stored in my Dropbox account for several years now. A few months ago, out of the blue Office started disconnecting my Dropbox account literally every single day. I tap Open in Word to open the doc, Dropbox opens up Word, and then nothing happens. I go into Settings->Files and Storage->Storage Accounts, and Dropbox is just gone. I have to manually reconnect my Dropbox account literally every single day of my life. I have reported this issue over and over and over through Help->Tell Us What Can Be Better in Word iOS. Numerous app updates have been released since this problem started happening and absolutely nothing has been done to fix it.72Views3likes4CommentsM365 Copilot Chat (work) not working in Teams
We have a number of users who are licensed for M365 Copilot, yet the Copilot in Teams is only showing the free chat version. The Work/Web toggle is not present, and it's defaulting to free (web). This is also the case when accessing via www.microsoft365.com/chat But M365 Copilot features are available in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. It must be some policy, but I'm not sure where to start to look. Any advise on where to start would be welcomed! Licenses of affected users are assigned via Okta, and users not affected are not assigned through Okta. So that's a big clue, but why only Teams and web chat? Thank you.115Views0likes1Comment
