I have a user who cannot be heard in their Teams meetings. I removed and updated the driver on their mic, ensured it has permission to work with Teams, disabled and reenabled it, and verified it was routed properly in their system sound settings and within Teams. But they still cannot be heard. In other apps, like Skype, their microphone functions. When I'm in their settings, their mic shows it's picking up input as the bar jumps up and down as they talk. I had them do a test call in Teams, and they reported just hearing flickering and never hearing back what they recorded. I reinstalled Teams to no avail. Any ideas? When I try to sign in on the word app on iPhone it gives me the usual “sign in, give your e-mail” page, but when I enter my e-mail and hit next it jumps to the “create an account” page. Even if I just hit enter on my keyboard it still jumps to the “create an account” page. Greetings All, After using MS Teams daily now for better part of the year, It seems like a new issue related to screen share has potentially surfaced after a recent Teams Update. Once a meeting has been joined, it seems like any new software(s) open during the meeting will not be available within the Screen Share 'Window's' Tab. Currently, we are forced to exit the meeting and re-enter as a work around. Upon rejoining the meeting, the Screen Share Windows Tab will be refreshed with the appropriate software to select, and share. Currently not a deal breaker - but painful during client meetings. Greetings All, After using MS Teams daily now for better part of the year, As of lately our core team has been experiencing issues where Excel will Hang/Freeze specifically during Screen Share Sessions. What is interesting is that although Excel seems to become unresponsive, the software will continue to function. The only caveat to the problem is that Excel GUI will stop updating. The software will remain in a frozen state where no actions will update the GUI and the software will remain this way until restarted. If multiple Excel Workbooks / instances are open, all open instances will suffer the same symptoms. Using short cuts like CTRL-S will continue to save any changes made but not physically update anything on the screen. Symptoms: Not an isolated case to my development box. We are seeing these issues on multiple employee pc's throughout the day. Only replicable when using Screen Share on a specific Software (Excel). Sharing the entire screen will not reproduce this error. I have browsed the forums and have seen that some people are experiencing similar issues with PowerPoint. Hello - I am having an issue trying to upload really any file to my microsoft teams chats. Whether it be a jpeg, excel file, word doc, anything. It will constantly get stuck at the very beginning of the upload. I have tried this in the web application as well with no luck. It's our first time trying to run a Teams Live Event. I did a test run with our presenter, who is outside our organization. He was able to see video stream and screen shares within the Live Event, but neither one of us could hear each other through the program.
