You have no more excuses not to create videos! There is a new AI feature that lets you create videos from a description in Microsoft 365. Users can type a Copilot prompt, and Clipchamp will generate a bespoke script, source high-quality stock footage, and assemble a video project complete with music, voiceover, text overlays, and transitions. You can edit the video in Clipchamp to update the script, replace the selected media or extend the video with new content. #Copilot #MicrosoftCopilot #Productivity #MPVbuzz #AI #Microsoft365 #VisualCreator8.8KViews1like0CommentsMicrosoft copilot stops while giving a response.
Why is this happening? Is there a solution for this? It just stops while giving response. And it has happened several times. And you can't even give prompt to continue from there. You should restart it. Does anyone have a solution for this? and I have restarted and reinstalled it 1000 times.8.5KViews1like15CommentsCopilot Agent Cannot Create a Word Document
I have created an agent to help users create their own SOPs. I would like for the final document provided to the user to be a word document, not simply the text response the agent provides in the chat window. Example of what the agent's final output is below. You will notice at the very bottom, the agent states it will create a word file with the SOP for the user. This is based on the instructions I configured for the agent. Despite saying that it will create the word document, the agent does not actually do that. If prompted again to provide a word document, the same thing happens again. This is strange given that when I use regular copilot, I can ask it to turn almost any response it gives me into a word document. So what am I missing?4.5KViews2likes5CommentsHow to create Charts and Graphs using Copilot

Hello Copilot Community! I'm excited to share a fantastic feature that will make scheduling meetings a breeze: "Schedule a Meeting Using Copilot in Outlook" How to Use: Open Outlook Invoke Copilot by clicking on the Copilot icon. Enter the details of your meeting, including participants and preferred time slots. Let Copilot do the rest: It will suggest the best times, check everyone's availability, and send out the invites.3.2KViews2likes2CommentsHow to use Copilot Pages [Preview]

Notetaking during meetings is an activity that works differently from team to team and from meeting to meeting. At least, this is my observation so far. In some teams, notetaking is seen as a collaboration task. A volunteer usually takes the meeting notes. In others, notetaking is seen as a personal task. Individuals are responsible for their notes, regardless of whether they understood the message or not. After experiencing both methods, I go for the first one. To me, taking notes is a collaboration task. Notes are the output of any meeting and a wonderful way to recap for those who could not attend. And people can still take their personal notes, if they want to. 🟣 Adoption Tips for AI-Generated Notes: Are there fears in your team about delegating meeting notes entirely to Copilot? That's ok. Make a gradual transition. Here's how: Start using both manual and automated notetaking systems. Keep on the notetaking tasks manually while turning on the Copilot-generated notes, too. Ensure your team can access both meeting notes versions, the manual and the Copilot generated. Over time and gradually, your team can control the accuracy of the notes. And hopefully, transition to fully Copilot-generated notes. 🟣 Current Challenges: This feature relies on the language setting of the meeting and works together with the transcription. The language setting must match the language spoken during the meeting. Currently, it is not possible to set up the language prior to a meeting. 🗝️ Microsoft, we have to talk: The meeting language setting is not saved per meeting - so far my understanding. The downside is that meeting organizers need to set it up - even for recurrence meetings - over and over again. It's frustrating. Here's my wish list: It would be so wonderful to configure the meeting language under meeting options. And even better, it would be awesome if AI would recognize the spoken language and set it automatically. 🟣 How to Turn on Copilot-Generated Notes in Meetings? You can turn on the notetaking feature before or during the meeting. ⬅️ Before: Go to Schedule a meeting in your calendar to add a private meeting. Notetaking with Copilot is not available either for channel or instant meetings. Turn on the toggle which is next to AI-generated notes in the meeting invite. The transcription will turn on automatically. ⬇️ During: In case you forgot to turn on the notetaking before the meeting. You can still turn it on during the meeting. Join your private meeting. Click on notes. Click on the stars and turn on the toggle. Does your team already use notetaking with Copilot? Hello, I am learning about Copilot and was very confused by these two different ways to do it. My understanding is both are "Declarative Agents" which lets the Microsoft 365 Copilot do the most heavy lifting. Method 1. First way is to go to Copilot page and clicking 'Create an Agent' w3 Method 2: Going to Copilot Studio -> Agents -> Copilot for Microsoft 365 -> New Agent (Couldn't find a screenshot) Q1. Anyway, first, I created an Agent using the first Method 1 above, and now I see it on the Copilot page under 'Agents' section. However, when I go to Copilot Studio -> Agents -> Copilot for Microsoft 365, I don't see that Agent there. Is this normal and intended? Q2. Is an Agent created using the Method 1 only available to people who have Copilot license? (as long as they are shared; I see options are only me, anyone in the organization, and specific users in the organization) Q3. Could you please confirm agents created using either way above are both "Declarative Agents"? Sorry for the newbie questions in advance... I took the course MS-4010 and reviewed several posts but still confusing...2.1KViews4likes8CommentsBoost Your Productivity: How to Automate and Schedule Prompts in Copilot
