3 TopicsInstall Issue - Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.2705 (ge_release_upr)
I joined windows insider, and before I start I wanted to note originally only wanted to be in the beta, not the DEV or CANARY builds as I am a beginner. However, at this moment in time, the DEV build downloaded and this build is trying to install, I have clicked download/install multiple times and it takes forever, (I know it takes time but normally is much faster on my device) but when it finally hits 100%, it requests the restart for the update process, whenever my system is rebooted windows update says "Attention Needed" and the install failed. Yet-- when I go to update history this is what shows: Here is what my insider page looks like currently for note: So I am confused and frankly would either like to get this update install gone, or just the beta. Any assistance would be very much appreciated, especially since I am a newbie.3KViews0likes3CommentsOffice 2021 Teams desktop version with O365 basic account
Hi there, I am thinking about using O365 basic (no desktop versions) for my startup for collaboration etc. We already have Office versions mostly 2021 Prof installed, meaning we do have a desktop version installed. I am wondering if I can use the desktop version of the Office 2021 version but log in with my O365 basic user? (Would prefer not to use O365 business (which includes the desktop versions) yet) Any recommendations /experiences? Thanks!1.6KViews0likes3CommentsWindows 11 'disable desktop background' option removed. Cant enable it after upgrade.
Win10 had that option under settings>ease of access>display. And i had that option enabled. After upgrading to win11, i see that, the option was removed. So i have 'disable desktop background' still enabled but want to disable it. Maybe there is a command prompt or powershell line the experts can give me? Ease of access (EoA) was renamed to Accessibility in win11; Accessibility does not have the display option. Most display options from EoA was moved to System>display. But the desktop backgroud option is not there.23KViews0likes3Comments
