Hi, Microsoft 365 Insiders! We are excited to share the availability of a view in Teams meetings in Teams Public Preview: Speaker view. Speaker view in Teams meetings Speaker view can be selected from the view switcher within meetings and allows meeting attendees to effortlessly track the currently active speaker. It is particularly effective in scenarios with a limited number of key speakers and a large audience, such as town halls, trainings, or lectures – especially from the student’s perspective. The Speaker View offers several enhancements, including: Easy tracking of the active speaker: The view includes a primary area on the stage to focus on key participants in the meeting. Better visual clarity: The active speaker’s video is rendered at a higher resolution. Equal representation for audio and video participants: All attendees are equally represented in the meeting, regardless of whether their video is enabled or disabled. Inclusive by default: This view utilizes 16:9 tiles, providing ample space to fully display hand gestures and body language. Predictable experience: The use of 16:9 tiles and consistent placement of audio and video participants on the same stage ensures a fluid experience. Users toggling their videos on or off do not cause the entire stage to be re-rendered. The main area designated for the active speaker is also utilized for shared content, enabling seamless transitions during presentations. Hi Team! Hope you can help with solving our issues with using Microsoft Forms in our organisation. At the end of the month, we would like to present some hidden features in Microsoft Forms to all end users to promote Forms a bit more. Unfortunately, whilst testing your product, we found out that some of the functionality shared by you in blog articles do not work as expected. Word cloud feature Based on this article https://insider.microsoft365.com/cs-cz/blog/improved-real-time-feedback-gathering-experience-with-microsoft-forms, and doing our own test in Forms, it seems that all words are all over the place and they do not make sense anymore. Is there any way to improve it or use Forms differently to get more coherent look? I’ve done some research and based on additional article: https://oneminuteofficemagic.com/2021/08/02/word-clouds-in-microsoft-forms/ – we do not have Insight option and the cloud itself look a bit different. Could you explain why so? 2. Second issue is with Presenting Forms Add -in during PowerPoint Live presentation. I’ve already reported a bug Bug #3765101 (Proposed) to TAP program. Let us know if that could be improved as well.2.1KViews0likes0CommentsProfanity filtering control for live captions in Teams meetings

Hi MS Teams, @Susan Cockrell Is there a feature to enable/disable "Verify Chat group" before sending the message to verify that you are chatting in the right group, or is there anything in the road map to add such feature in each chat group where users can enable it on selected sensitive chat groups? If not, please consider to add such feature. Chat seems easy to communicate and some user loose track of which chat group is on top and can save lots of unnecessary chats floating everywhere. Thank you!1.6KViews2likes2CommentsGreen screen background in Teams meetings
