Add Themes section to Microsoft Addons store
Now that we can officially add themes to Microsoft Edge browser in Canary channel (soon in all channels), I think we should have some themes in Microsoft's own Addons store which is this: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/category/Edge-Extensions and we shouldn't have to go to chrome store to download themes for Edge browsers. specially after they show these fake banners saying Edge is not safe to use extensions on. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/discussions/google-is-incompetent/td-p/1197965 plus, I think Microsoft can come up with some interesting designs for the Edge browserTHEMES - Now available in Edge Addons store

Windows Store Library shows empty list in "All owned" section when the type Is set to "All Types" when I set it specifically to "Games" or "Apps" then the list starts populating and showing me my stuff. Hello all, As announced by Microsoft, the Microsoft Store for Business will be discontinued in Q1/2023. We are therefore in the process of migrating to the new Microsoft Store. We distribute the apps via Intune. This is also working so far. However, some apps like iTunes or Miro are not available as a repository app. When I add them via the Intune link, the Microsoft Store wants to open. However, we don't want to unlock the entire Microsoft Store for employees. So we have Intune set the setting to "Only the private store is enabled". As described in the documentation. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/store-apps-microsoft However, now even links from the company portal do not open because the Store is locked. Questions: 1. how can I use the Microsoft Store in private mode so that I can distribute apps that are not in the repository store? 2. How can I continue to distribute paid apps in the future after the business store is shut down?
BITS Downloading App updates from unknown endpoint
Hi, Our IDS started freaking out today because a large number of our endpoints started initiating BITS downloads to an unknown endpoint. My initial reaction was ransomware, but after further investigation it appears that these BITS downloads are updates for Windows Store Apps. I am making this post to confirm that these endpoints are actually indeed official Microsoft endpoints. The BITS requests I had seen were all for the Limelight Networks CDN (llnwd[.]net), which I have heard hosts content for a lot of MSPs, one of which being Microsoft. Checking the logs, it appears that our workstations have never made BITS requests to this CDN. All previous BITS updates were carried out using official microsoft.com endpoints. The following are some examples of the domains seen in the BITS requests: ic-c39e4900-0f7065-msftstoretlu19.s.loris.llnwd[.]net ic-c39e4900-0d5ab5-msftstore19.s.loris.llnwd[.]net ic-c39e4900-08b3f9-msftstore19.s.loris.llnwd[.]net ic-c39e4900-0700f8-msftstore19.s.loris.llnwd[.]net Although all my investigations point to these being official Microsoft endpoints, I am worried that a CDN is being used because a malicious actor could easily mangle the URLs to make them look like official Microsoft ones. There used to be a Wonder Woman 1984 theme for Microsoft Edge in Addons store, but no more. https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/microsoft-edge-themes Where did it go? it was the first available theme for Edge browser, i really liked it, it had nice colors that I like and compatible with vertical tabs.Themes coming soon to Microsoft Edge Add-ons store!
The latest Edge Canary Version 89.0.707.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) hints at it. The Microsoft Edge Add-ons store link points to here: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/microsoft-edge-themes at the moment there is no themes there (except for this one), nor any "themes" category in the site's user interface, but the website's URL is there so we should be expecting the rest soon
Some suggestions for Edge
1 - Implement the dark scrollbar of windows 10 when Edge is in dark mode !!! 2 - Add the actual state of flags between bracket after "default", so we can know if it's enable or not. 3 - Add the application on Microsoft Store : because if the store update it, it will attract user to the store and so dev to the store. 4 - Let other browser (Brave/Vivaldi) to use the Microsoft store for their extension (with doc), because more user = more extension (i said that but my extension is only on Microsoft store ^^.
