Minimized documents enlarge when mouse passes over
Whenever I accidently move the insertion point (scroll with mouse) over one of the Word documents I have minimized in the screen's lower bar, all the minimized Word documents duplicate themselves above the bar in much larger size than they are in the bar. They become one inch tall and 2 inches wide. Moving the mouse away from them doesn't help, I have to hit the Esc (Escape) key to get rid of them, so that once again they are only inside the bar, in their proper original size of 1/4 inch tall. I have Windows 10, and MS Office Home & Student 2019, on a MS Surface Laptop circa 2021 At the same time as this started, another unwanted feature started, on G-Mail: The left side column which before listed "Inbox," "Sent," etc. is now cut down to only 1 inch wide, so I can't see the words Inbox, Sent, unless I mouse roll over them.Any way to reduce the height of a hero web part?
I've currently got a modern communication site that's using a full-width column and a hero web part for displaying news tiles. By default, the hero web part is extremely large. I'd like it to take up the full width of the page but not be so large in height. Below the hero web part are some other web parts I've added, but the user is forced to scroll down to view these due to the hero web part's size. I'd like a page where everything is visible without the user having to scroll. I've added a screenshot to show what I mean, ignore the blur as this is just to keep the content private. Is it possible to manually modify the size in any way? ThanksPlease increase thumbnails / previews in Windows Explorer from 256 to 512 or larger.
Not sure if Microsoft has completly missed the fact that display screen resolutions are increasing globally, yet even the "View > Extra Large Icons" in Windows Explorer with a resolution of 256px is not adequate and more like standard 20 years ago. Microsoft always fames itself for catering to people with disabilities, but these minute thumbnails in Windows Explorer are a real killer for anyone's eyes, with or without disabilities. What is difference between File size and Size in the output of GET-VHD command?
In resizing VHD using Resize-VHD command, the property SizeinBytes is accepting value greater than the "Size" property in the output of the GET-VHD command. But my actual size of VHD is in "FileSize" property. I am unable to figure out the relation between File size and Size. I would be glad to know the relation between the FileSize and Size properties or the unit of Size property (Kb/Mb/any other related). Thank you in advance
