Anonymous guest sharing in Teams
Ever wanted to share folders or documents, like the weekly schedule, homework etc., with anonymous guests like parents? For the sake of clarity, these are not guests invited to the actual team, but rather anyone receiving or accessing the link, by email, a text message or from a webpage. Unfortunately, when a team is created, the underlying SharePoint site has a default SharingCapability of ExternalUserSharingOnly. Hi, Has anyone already tried the SCORM Players from eLearningforce and LMS365? What are your experiences? Do you have any other SCORM player that you can recommend? Hi, I'm not sure if this is a common education issue or just my own insecurities. I work for a large UK University. Our students have been using office 365 for a while, and that means they have some office groups too and thus those groups have sharepoint spaces under /sites in sharepoint online. We're now thinking about how we might get staff more into office 365. One part of that would be moving intranet materials to sharepoint online. Except the obvious location is /sites. I'm not sure an extra domain is right (plenty of intranet material is for students too), I'm just a little hesitant about our structured site collections rubbing shoulders with the randomly named student office groups. I did think about putting all the intranet stuff as subsites of the sharepoint online root, but then everything is one big site collection. I appreciate sharepoint spaces for groups is relatively new but has anyone else thought about this? Thanks.Blocked bing
We have had to block both Bing and Yahoo search as some of our students have figured out a away to avoid safe search and have been accessing porn and other sites that they should not be visiting. This has made life difficult for my students who are regularly using bing to pop images into their class notebooks using the insert online picture feature in class notebook. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a way to prevent students from circumventing safe search?

What is Golden Path Golden Path was developed to simplify and enhance the security of deploying a Microsoft 365 tenant solution in education. It consists of three stages: Stage 1: Deployment Guides are available online at Golden Path. Utilize AI technology to uncover and compare recommended settings against user requirements based on documented configurations. Implement phased configurations to aid customers and partners in understanding what they may not know or should consider during discovery to meet customer expectations. Highlight unused features and products to ensure customers fully leverage the potential and benefits of their purchased product licenses. Identify opportunities for partner participation in achieving customer goals and expectations based on customer requirements and Golden Path findings. Create an easy pathway for customer change management to enhance control, security, compliance, and privacy of tenants. Develop custom assessments to evaluate product entry for items such as Copilot, Defender, Purview, Intune, Zero-Trust, and Microsoft Entra ID. Objectives Deliver information for features available (used/unused) to users based on license model. Prescriptive recommendations based on education scenarios. - Present upgrade license opportunities from A1 to A3 to A5. Security analysis exposing gaps and issues proactively to allow modifications before it's too late. Greetings friends, hope you & family are well. Here's a quick view of doing semi automated calibration of devices (BLDC motor here) using the Rand() func. (pseudo random # generator) in PowerApps and a for loop. The inputs serve as a "shock" to the system and one can observe system response. We take the output to Azure ML/Excel to get the calibration curves (diminishing returns in this case).
