Can't sign in to microsoft account
I'm locked out of my microsoft account simply because I don't have access to the Authenticator App. I recently performed a factory reset on my phone with the Authenticator App on and now I can't sign in to my account. I have tried the self help forums and I got a response email saying: "It looks like you just used the Microsoft account recovery form (account.live.com) to request a password reset for e**************email address removed for privacy reasons. Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know. If you're having trouble signing in, go to (account.live.com/ResetPassword) and reset your password using security info such as your phone, alternate email address, or authenticator app." It won't let me use my phone number when I select it as a sign in option. I have tried the recovery forms to no avail.
Hacked please help
My Microsoft account was hacked today. The attacker changed my sign-in alias to a random Outlook address, removed my phone number, added their own Authenticator app, and changed the recovery email. My original email now says the Microsoft account doesn’t exist. I have the Microsoft security emails proving the changes. I also have other forms of proof. If there is any moderator or anyone who can help me recover my account I had some important stuff on there I would like to get back. It wasn't this email but another one I made this so I can ask for help. When I tried to recover the email they changed it as provided in the screenshots down below. I tried to call support and fill out recovery stuff but since they changed the email for the account there is not much I can do.
Ms Form - "Anyone can respond" Not working anymore
Hello, I have a Microsoft form set to "Anyone can respond" that I shared with external members of my organization, and the link was perfectly functional until now for anyone having the link. Since the end of the week 07/24/19, this form is no longer accessible without logging in (when testing with the link in private browsing, I am redirected to the login page) and it is also not accessible while loged to a Microsoft account external to my organization. Has anyone else encountered this problem or is it a residual impact of the global bug related to the latest Microsoft update? Do you know how to report this bug if necessary? Thanks in advance.
Windows Hello Pin
So I was trying to sign into Minecraft using my Microsoft account on my sisters laptop, but I came across an issue. It asked me for Windows Hello. I never even heard of Windows Hello until now. I decided to set it up for now but now I had another issue. It asked me to enter my pin. I never used Windows Hello before so it didn't even make sense. I followed the steps to reset it until I had ANOTHER issue. Since this is my sisters laptop I can't go into sign-in option to reset the PIN since she used her account to set up this laptop, so it showed all her information. I went to e-mails and accounts and saw mine, but I couldn't change it through there either. I went to the website to reset it in my account settings, but it asked me for the same nonexistent pin. I can't sign into Microsoft store or anything. PLEASE HELP
Microsoft Forms and PII (Personally Identifiable Information)
Is a survey developed in Microsoft Forms able to be configured such that a small amount of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) can be securely stored on a Teams folder in Sharepoint, with only the relevant team members able to access responses data?
