I have a Call Attendant and Call Queue. Both are linked to resource accounts that are licensed with a Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account. In the queue, I have set up that agents can make outbound calls with the attendant's caller ID. When I try this in Teams, I get an announcement that I am not set up to use this calling feature. Hi All, I wonder if anyone can help with my scenario - it seems microsoft cant! I've just migrated a client from S4B with a hosted provider over to Teams in O365. I've setup a call queue, which rings a group of users (reception staff) simultaneously. When a call comes in, one of the team will answer, while they are busy, the calls that hit the queue continue to come through to them and the screen pop + the incoming call notification are extremely distracting, even pressing reject on the screen pop it just comes back after a second or so. The only suggestion microsoft have been able to offer is for the reception staff to manually change to DND when they accept a call, and then change back to available when the call is complete. Surely i cant be the only person that thinks this is a fundamental need for a PBX system?Solved46KViews0likes21CommentsWrong ringback tone between AA and Call Queue
Hello together as i saw there was a similar post to my problem: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/delay-transferring-out-from-auto-attendant/m-p/1581115/page/2 I think they fixed this by playing an US ringback tone which is really confusing in my area. So if a caller calls a hotline number (direct routing) and the call goes from AA to the queue there is a 3-5s US ringback tone between the music on hold starts playing. Is there a way to fix this? Hello, I have the following problem: When I accept a call, it is held sporadically. On some days the calls are not held, on others they do and then not on every call. The problem occurs in the Teams App and the Desktop App. An automatic call queue is used. Has anyone already had the same experience and has any idea what this might do?
